Gambling should be outlawed on BBO. West was clearly betting on N/S

I don't usually deal with play issues, but I have learned a little more about this recently. I saw a similar play recently (GIB inexplicably ducking winning tricks where it was obviously wrong), and investigation showed in that instance GIB was defaulted to play the lowest card of a suit when it ran out of 'thinking' time for some reason. I suspect it's a similar situation here. I will show them.
