GIB makes inexplicable defensive errors Abnormal leads

This may be explored elsewhere. If so, sorry!

GIB frequently makes crazy plays, for example:

Leading the 9 from 10987, causing doomed contracts to make by placing the 10 with declarer.

Opening leads of dummy's suit after, say, 2-3NT, instead of a normal lead.

Opening lead of stiff trump king.

Playing the 10 from 10-4-3-2, giving away a trick when his partner has Jx.

Playing the J from Jxxx when dummy has Q-10-3-2 as declarer plays AK.

Have these issues been addressed? They do not seem too subtle to program out.

True.
Actual some of them are difficult as depends on Gib's simulation program.
