Viewing Problems Animation Not Working

Hi All --

I am having issues with the design interface. There is a lag in the movement of cards, and a significant delay in my chats posting. I have updated the computer and assume there is an issue with Adobe, but nothing I have done has fixed these problems. Help!

Have you tried a different browser? That's always our first suggestion.
