1d-2c-?
no good way to show 18-19 balanced.
2nt shows minimum, 3nt shows some unwieldy wide range. 4nt is rkc for clubs.
If bid 2nt, and raise 3nt to 4nt, still shows the 11-14 range instead of 18+.

If you rebid 2NT, then raise 3NT to 6NT, is it still 11-14?

Deleted nonsense.
Did not see it was GIB.

What does 1D-2C-2N show for Gib?
A lot of people play as 12-14 or 18-19 but Gib doesn't show split ranges sometimes. A natural raise at some point to 4N seems the only way. Slam try with 11-14 is optimistic lol.
Is there the same problem with 1D-2D-2N?

1♦ 2♣ in general does need to be revamped. The important thing for users to currently know is that it says 2♣ is game forcing, but it isn't.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.
