While I agree about the low spade being the normal lead, the alternative I find interesting is the diamond ten, hoping to talk declarer out of the finesse and perhaps play for a different layout. That seems like more of an IMP shot than a MP one but I think it is worth consideration. I would also like to know the E-W system because not everyone bids this way with 4=4=3=2, for example. If the 1 opening is unbalanced, it makes a club lead more attractive.

Normally I would not lead a bald ace, but this hand suggests it may be best holding the K of D. It might cost, but a S feels too slow.
