South should make once east doesn't rise with Qat trick one. Really these defensive errors are just embarrassing. A rank beginner would defeat most of these contracts.

Whether East plays Q or not, 3NT can be made.

BTW, good 2 way signal by GIB. Either start of high low to show even number of clubs (true, oh it's true!), or standard attitude signal showing club strength (admittedly not as much club strength left after discarding ace).
