GIB failing to cash slam-setting Ace in 4th seat.. and more GIB bugs/awful plays

Take a look at these results of the Survivor tournament winner. How is this possible? Most auctions are 1x-1y-3nt. And defense (GIBs) is often giving away tricks.

Developers should also do something about this kind of play, where GIB refuses to play ♦A in 4th seat to set the contract.

Another example (board 4): this tournament winner bid 3NT on combined 19 hcp. GIBs believed it and defended awfully.

And board 3 on combined 18 hcp and not bidding majors, goes to 3NT and GIBs allow it to make.
