My link

Please follow the play by the GIB in the link above.

This is a deal towards the end of a best hand tourney. I have a growing feeling that the GIB goes down "systematically" in cold contracts towards the end, when competetion is very tough to "keep" others in the run. Here, for example, if the GIB makes this slam with just 2 minutes remaining, it would have been unlikely that anyone else would be able to surpass me.

This is interesting from a programming point of view as well as fairness point of view.
If this is a programming bug, it should be easy to remove, whereas it may be a systematic effect through some sort of while loop comparing the current score of all the players.
On the other hand, from a fairness point of view, if i bid a nice slam, i deserve to make it regardless of the current score of others.

Players who complain about GIB either on the forums or just visually or verbally at their computers/devices are automatically programmed to get a GIB misplay. Please play nice and don't make faces or disparaging comments about GIB mistakes. If you cover up your microphone and camera on your device, GIB will not know it has been insulted and will not retaliate.

For what it's worth, what do you think the bug is / the optimal line of play? It doesn't seem obvious to me.

Occasionally, Gib playing server is too old to play correctly, just like old human players.Posted Image
