I think Gib really doesn't know the meanings of biddable in fact. And never know how to deal with such hand.

Yes, if you look at the descriptions, you see, your ♥-bids only show biddable ♥s (not twice rebiddable).
So understandable Gib prefers ♣s with only singleton support.
