Allow choice for finished Players to kibitz Presently all or none; have to change as players finish

Currently a TD may allow or forbid kibitzers.
So as players finish a tourney (esp Unclocked), to allow the finished players to watch others' mistakes Posted Image , the TD must turn on kibitzing for all, even possible substitutes.


It would be great if one could set tourneys to allow only finished players to kibitz, as well as the All or None choices.
