Well, it is relatively easy to find the solution since you post it as a question. West must have:

♠Kx
♥QJx
♦QJxx
♣AQJx

Therefore you must win the first ♥ by King and lead back a ♣ to crash the contract.

But to be frank, it is very very hard to find the right defense play on the table.

唯一要防止西家的2353牌型（♠ KX ♥ QJX ♦ AQJXX ♣ QXX）被剥光投入。所以应该♥K超吃HQ，回将牌♠！
