Bidding practice NV vs V at imps

Partner opens a limited 1S and next hand overcalls 2H.

Ax xxx Qxxx KT9x

Pass or double?

I double. 4-4 in minors and some values is lots of information in one bid, I even have Ax in as an upside. xxx in is usually a bad combination, but I don't see this as a close decision.

Double seems pretty obvious although I'd pass if there was a 3H overcall.

Seems like a clear double to me. I would still double if vulnerable, so nonvul is easy.

A nice tolerance for S, 44 minors and a nice 9 HCPs. What more is needed for a (responsive) double?
