Connection failed on iPad app iPad app does not connect to base site

I have been using my iPad app for the last couple of years with no problem. Since yesterday it will not login to bridgebase and gives me the error message: Connection failed. Please try again. I can login to my account using safari, but not through The iPad app. Any suggestions?
