5C seems a fine contract to me. Well done?

north should double 2s and then bid 3nt over 3s. south can then bid 5c.

excellent decisions by N and S each step of the way. The 2nd x was particularly excellent since the spade A is a much more suit oriented card than KJ (where I would have preferred 3n). South knew p had good strength for this bidding and rightly judged to play in their sides most likely contract. I would go so far as to assign a 10 to every bid made by N/S and we should be asking who these future stars are:)))))

Lol the 2nd double is bad. Double then 3nt shows this type of hand. South is invited to bid over 3nt - you didn't bid 3nt directly over 2s.

Big secret, omg, but the opps don't always have a 9 card fit. P might some balanced mush. If he does have a 6421 shape he'll probably notice his own hand and bid accordingly.
