Help
recently downloaded the latest version of BBO and get an American Red Cross banner on the top. I have nothing against the Red Cross, however the banner, what ever it may be does not allow for the BBO bottom screen (chat bar) to be totally displayed! It is downright annoying, does any one have any ideas on how to get rid of it?

There is no banner at the top of the screen on BBO, but there is one on the anonymous games at www.bridgebase.com (where there's no chat).
Make sure you're actually logging on BBO (go to www.bridgebase.com and click the yellow link "Click to Play or Watch Bridge" then log in with your BBO username and password). If you see a banner at the top of the screen after you have done that, you probably have adware/malware so run a malware scan to get rid of the ads.

There's also no chat window in the anonymous games.
