OK, granted that GIB and Cappelletti don't mix, as has been demonstrated over and again on this forum, check out the explanation for 3D here. Leaving aside the internal inconsistency on the Heart length, it doesn't even agree on Diamond length.

Perhaps If GIB doesn't count not protected honors cannot open Capp that rightly shows a 5+/5+ because in defence a bidding implicit indicate a second suit as here 5-4 and probably had not bidded with a better resulting vs 1NT.(Lovera)
