I find it hard to understand this sequences.
As a inverted minor continuation :
1- If 3♣ is a 4-card suit,after 3♥ ,5♣ is let pd pick up a minor game with mini hand,otherwise rebid 4♣ with slammish,note 3♣ should deny stopers in majors,so 5♣ is a signoff sequence actually.
2- If 3♣ is a non-jump splinter raise which is depanded on partner agreement,after 3♥,5♣ should be exclusion RKCB.
