Over 2♥, 2N by me was explained as 15-17HCP and jump to 3N was explained as 16-21HCP. I think 2N and 3N should both be to play, over-rule-able, of course, by a very distributional partner.

PS: I cannot have 5 spades if I have exactly 4 diamonds.
