Better info in Table List needed. Board #, Minutes Left, Minutes Idle.

For TDing tourneys, it would be helpful to have columns for
- the current board number "Board"
- minutes left in round "Left"
- minutes since player due to bid or play has shown life "Idle"

This would aid the TD in managing slow tourneys by encouraging swiftness - or adjusting.
Sorting can put problem tables at the top.

You could also add a "Contract" column so Kibitzers can find tables which are playing the same contract they played earlier.
