When chatting on BBO(web) private chat, it tends to sometimes randomly send empty Bridge Movies, which is quite annoying.

Thanks in advance.

I had the same thing today. I tihnk it had to do something with the letter 'm' but not sure in what exact circumstances. It was an empty bridge movie sent by gwnn.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

I only get them from suokko, which is probably because he is a hacker or something. ;)

I've done some further investigation and it seems to be caused by the character 0x7f (); the DEL character - in particular, messages starting with that. I believe that the likely cause of this is that I'm using Linux and thus this character gets generated. I will know what to look out for in the future, but it is quite annoying.

To reproduce: copy the following line to BBO chat private message:
Test.

Maybe a multi-byte Unicode character that includes 0x7f as one of the bytes?

It is a bug - we'll fix it in next update :)
