not in a million years can this defense be right

Forget the bidding or my line of play,
but gib needs to be able to not embark on lines of play that have 0.0000% chance of working.
The play of the D8 late in the play.
I am sure gib inferred that i should have the rest of the tricks,
but it needs to be able to distinguish between fact and fiction.
