1- I have to say that here double is penalty,not take-out.
2- My double says " 8-TPs ",I think this explanations is meaningless,it needs better defination.

I usually like to wait 24 hours for results when I post polls, but this looked adequately unanimous among the 9 respondents who expressed opinions about North's best action over 1♥:
