Here there are two mistakes.
1- Whatever 2♥ is good or bad,Gib E only pass and can't bid 3♦.I think it is a normal bidding rule.
2- 2♦ is no explanations on it
However I have to say it is not for me,I have several examples.

Hand-A



2♦ is no explanations.After 3D,bidding sequences are out of control.

Hand-B


Same result.

Hand-C



3♦ says "5+♦,2-♥,12+TPs".
What's 12+TPs? Is it with/ without up the limited?Forcing or not?
