This is a notably bad bid even by GIB standards. What kind of simulation suggests that South has a semblance of a diamond stopper? West is supposed to have 6, North is looking at 3, East probably has at least 3. And North has very good heart support on the bidding. Why run from hearts?

I think this explanations are meaningless,needless to say,this style of bidding is failed for sure.
