Do the 2N and 3 bids ask for and identify the "unspecified shortness"? If so, the descriptions should say so.

If, in fact, 2N is the ask (and I'm honestly asking whether or not it is), then I presume that 3 over 2N shows spade shortness.

If 2 is short game try,the explanations of both 2N and 3 is incorrect.
Why doesn't 2 say "short suit game try with 5+,relay to 2N" ?

Why does 2N say "3+,7-10TPs" instead of "relay bid,ask shortness"?
Why doesn't 3 say 0-1 ?

yes,I think 3 should show S/V in after relay bid 2N.
