If, in fact, 2N is the ask (and I'm honestly asking whether or not it is), then I presume that 3♥ over 2N shows spade shortness.

If 2♠ is short game try,the explanations of both 2N and 3♦ is incorrect.
Why doesn't 2♠ say "short suit game try with 5+♥,relay to 2N" ?

Why does 2N say "3+♥,7-10TPs" instead of "relay bid,ask shortness"?
Why doesn't 3♦ say 0-1 ♦?

yes,I think 3♥ should show S/V in ♠ after relay bid 2N.
