It seems extremely unlikely lho has led what seems to be a singleton spade
without holding a trump for a ruff so considering playing rho for all the missing
trumps seems wrong on this hand. That means I win the spade ace and lay down the heart
ace followed by another heart. No guarantee of success but we win anytime trumps are
22 the king is stiff or if the hand with the (hopefully 3) trumps is not short in
spades.

Agree to two rounds of hearts. I don't see any way out if LHO has a singleton spade and Kxx anyway... he'll put partner in to get a ruff.

At IMPs this seems pretty obvious, but even at MPs, the overriding concern should probably be that we cannot afford to be locked out of dummy, so I would play A, A and a heart at either form of scoring.
