I know we've discussed this recently, but I can't find it to know whether it's on the "fixed" list.
With what hand might North pass 3?

I am not saying that I agree with 4H, but if South's minors are reversed then 4H is where you want to be (especially at IMPs). Perhaps GIB's simulation randomly contained a bunch of hands that happened to fit much better than the actual South hand does.
