illogic Gib rebid on defense over 1nt

because 2♠ only shows 4 cards,I have to bid 3♥ with long suit,I think it should be not forcing,however Gib N rebid 3♠ only with 4 cards,and it is alerted as 6+♠,I konw it is illogic.
