GIB has very little ability to actually revalue a hand based on partner's bids (if it decides to do a simulation, then that may actually reflect such factors). Instead it really just treats all game tries as quantitative.
You must know the rules well - so that you may break them wisely!

This does surprise me. GIB is usually very aggressive in accepting game tries. But as Bill said, I don't think it can value fitting cards effectively.
Of course you don't have a game try, you have a game bid. All 3H does is tell your opponents how to defend.

But GIB doesn't handle quantitative game tries well either. There have been several threads about this recently. In this hand, 2♠ shows 12-15; if 3♠ is a denial of a quantitative game try, its description should be 12-13, not 12-15.
