i am a td, running free goulash tourneys on bbo, i am working on the web, before set tourney starts, i normally welcome players, chat with them and do announcements, however, i cannot see my chat, and i cannot see chat responding to my welcome, only time i see the players/friends chatting back, if i open the set tourney rules, to run a successful tourney, i think this is needed, as a lot of those players, are long time friends, and we need to chat back and forth, 10 mins before the specific tourney starts, in the classic version, you can do it, without a problem, i prefer the web, as it is much more user friendly, only this one problem:( please help

I agree - this seems to be a missing feature of the web version. In the old version you can chat to tournament while waiting for tourney to start and after the tourney to congratulate the winners. In the web version you can only chat while the actual tourney is running
