Stopping in 5N GIB system glitch

I just had the following sequence

2♣ 3♣ (GIB has ♣KQJ85 and two doubletons the usual overbid)
4N 5♦

and now GIB thinks 5♥ and 5♠ are both trump Q query

surely 5♠ should be a command to bid 5N?

It would be nice to use 4♣ or 4♦ as rkcb
