Z-T bids as follows...

TOSR with QPs:
1♣ - 2♦ (16+; GF 5+ ♣)
2♥ - 3♣ (relay; 3226 or 7222)
3♦ - 3♥ (relay; 3226)
3♠ - 3N (QP ask; 5-7 QPs)
4♣ - 4♦ (second QP ask; 5 QPs)
4♠
Note that over 3♥, South had the option of bidding 4♣...4♦..4♠ to show a natural slam try in ♠ (responder would bid RKC responses if accepting).

1♣-1♠ strong; clubs or balanced
1N-2♣ relay; clubs 1 suited
2♥-3♥ strong relay; 3226
3♠-3N QP ask; min (6 or less)
P
Correcting to 4♠ is possible I guess, but the poor suit and extra strength suggests NT.

2♠-3♠ (5+♠ ; 3♠)
3NT-4♠ (Frivolous given the poor ♣ support ; not enough to make a move)
pass

pass 2♣

pass = 0-8 or 15+
2♣ = classic style weak 2
2♠ = natural 15+
4♣ = good clubs, spade fit, max

1♣ (16+) - 2nt (GF 6 clubs semi-balanced)
3♦ (short clubs) - 4♣ (3226, 2QP excluding ♣KQ)
4♠
Another:
1♣ (16+) - 1♦ (various)
1♠ (4+, F1) - 1nt (GF relay)
2♣ (♦ or bal) - 2♦ (relay)
3♥ (5341) - sign off...
Responder knows he has a terrible hand given opener's shape, and will sign off in his choice of 3nt or 4♠. Not clear what he will choose; 3nt needs one trick less and has the advantage of keeping the unknown hand as declarer so maybe would pick that.

Pass-1♣; [0-7 or 17+; 0-7 or 17+, in this case because we require two controls for a 8+ response]
1♠-1NT; [17--19 unbal with 4+ spades; asking]
2♣-2♦; [5+ spades; asking]
3♦-3♠; [natural, natural and forcing]
4♣-4♠; [cue bid, could bid 3NT non-serious]
Dubbelklubba (Swedish Club)
1♣-1NT; [11--13 bal or 17+; 5+ clubs, 8+ hcp]
2♠-3♠; [strong; natural]
3NT-4♠; [non-serious; to play]

1♣-3♣ . . . strong; 3-2-2-6 or 2-2-2-7
3♦-3♥ . . . relay; 3-2-2-6
4♦-4♥ . . . suit quality slam try; any min [5-6QP] or better than min [7-8QP] with <Hx in H, denies 9+QP
4♠ . . . NF, teller accepts with better than min and 2+/top4 in S
No perfect methods here: we don't have a way for teller to show a semi-solid C suit and better than min so are limited to looking for a S slam or one based on power. Nor can we find out if teller has QJx xx xx AKxxxx which would be a good slam. But our 4♦ slam try does allow us to make sure the S suit is strong enough to play for one likely loser if we reach slam yet stop in game if it's not.

... - 1♠ = GF with no 4 card major
1NT = relay, usually 18+
... - 2♦ = club one-suiter
2♥ = relay
... - 2NT = 3 spades, <3 hearts, 6-7 clubs
is a given. Now South has options - but the safe way is probably to continue relays:
3♣ = relay
... - 3♥ = 3226
3♠ = relay
... - 3NT = min
4♣ = relay
... - 4♦ = 0-1 controls
4♠
