Starting tonight....player profiles are not showing up on iPad v. 3.8....no matter how long I tap an opponent's name. No chat ability either. It is as if the command is turned off.

Have rebooted...and logged in again...with same result.

On iPad playing BBO when I tap on a players name only the bottom line of the profile box is visible on the top of the screen since this morning. Wonder what's gone wrong? Have rebooted but to no avail

Chat works on my pad, but I can't see a players profile. Nothing happens when I click on their name.I can't even see my partner's so I gave up using it to play on and only kib with it. iOS 8.4 latest BBO 3.91.

I still have the problem that I can't see profiles on the iPad (but I can on my iPhone)

IPad 3 , latest 8.x iOS.Flipping 90 degrees to landscape mode doesn't help.

To see profiles on the mobile app, you have to press and hold for a second. A tap is used to open the chat window.

He's tapping the name in the username plate, he isn't tapping name in chat.

Exactly Diane,

Thats what i tried to show in the screenshot .
I also noticed that when voice is used then clicking on the commentators name does NOT show the commentators profile (ie real name).
Hoping that's the decisive clue,
