yeah its a simmetric one, not sure who is carlo totaro, but this one was published on richard pavlicek's site years ago.

Thomas Andrews discovered many remarkable symmetric deals, including this one. But he says he's been told that it was previously discovered by John Beasley, and reported in "The Games and Puzzles Journal" in 1988.
