TAB and CAB bids are available after a strong club opening, but alpha, beta, etc are not.
The following auction occurs
1C - 1H
1S - 2D
2N - 3D
3H - 3N
4N
how do you interpret 4N?

1S - 2D
2N - 3D
3H - 3N
4N
how do you interpret 4N?
*** What would 4C,4D,4H,4S have meant? I assume those cases are out.
Of course in a new (lightly discussed) partnership,
don't throw a nuanced 4-level bid into this auction.
I'd play it as agreeing diamonds, RKCB.

Surely can just bid 4♦ on the way if that is the case.

16+, he bids 4N because he has 19-20/21, should be 5224 as 5233 he bids 4♦ which should be 3 bad as he didn't do so directly.

That being the case, I think that opener is just showing extra values with no strong fit, i.e. quantitative.

Quantitative -- opener could have clearly shown primary ♦ support with 3♦ or could have expressed belated slam interest in ♦ with 4♦. My guess is that opener is 5224 in the blacks with extra values.

Why did opener stop to introduce 2-card heart support and suggest a heart contract?
