我来自浙江省，电信20M的宽带，访问国内网站速度很快，但上BBO的网速越来越慢，晚上几乎卡的动不了，越来越期望能在国内设立服务器！

我觉得卡与不卡，与bbo是没关系的，至少也是关系不大的。那就要问当地的电信服务商了......
