I disagree--if your claim is true, it's very interesting to note a hand in which one side can make 1 of any suit but NOT 1nt. Falls under the category of "Interesting Bridge Hands" in my book.
There is a big difference between a good decision and a good result. Let's keep our posts about good decisions rather than "gotcha" results!

The counterpart to this is the hand where the best contract that can be made is 1N by all 4 hands.

Thomas Andews found an interesting deal where 1, 1, and 1N are makeable, no matter who is declarer. His website also features a wonderful deal where all four players can make 3N on any defence.
