I can construct too many hands, where 3 NT is not worse then 3 ♥, so I will bid game.

At IMPs not playing any fancy methods I would bid 3S, there's too much of a risk that partner has something like Axx AQ10xxx AJx x and even if 4S is off, it is still better than 3H.
At matchpoints I think it is tougher but I'd still bid 3S.
