I would crossruff. Your trump spots are adequate. The main line is if nobody ruffs in
T1: ♦A
T2,3: ♠A,K
T4: ♦ruff low
T5: ♣A
T6: ♣ruff low
T7: ♦ruff low
T8: ♣ruff with ♥7 or overruff West
T9: ♦ruff high
T10: club. If West shows out ruff or overruff, otherwise discard the spade ten.
You remain with ♥Q85 and opponents have 5 trumps including KJ10.
If West plays a trump just cover as cheaply as possible.
This line essentially requires East to have at least 3 clubs, West to have 3 or more diamonds and spades 4-2. Trump break is not relevant.
Even if East has 5 clubs you still make.
