Is there anyway I can embed the hand editor in to my own forum's editor?

Hi there,

I have a bridge website. I am just wondering if I can embed the hand editor plug-in into my own forum's topic editor?

I am currently using CKEditor so I don't know if this hand editor plug-in is compatible with CKEditor or not...
