The only danger seems to be a diamond ruff. Ducking the first club would restrict their communication, but would also let them start diamonds while they still have the ♥A - now they can get a third round ruff on a 3-2 break. So I'll just take trick one and start trumps.

Also, the auction might be useful and should usually be given.
