Vugraphs have their start time

It may not be possible to have a real start time before it starts but when actually starts would it possible to put the time on the new format since they generally take at lease 5 minutes to really set up.

If this is prompted by the World Championships vugraph, start times are correct. Operators log in and open the tables about 20-30 minutes before start because it takes a while to set up 14 tables simultaneously, but play begins as announced in the schedule.
