This is dealer's hand. I don't open weak two with 4-card major. Would you open it?

Anyway if bidding went Pass(N)-Pass(E)-1(S)-2West), what should I say? Just jump to game?

I'm not sure about jumping to game because most of your values are in the suit partner is almost certain to be singleton/void in thus a bit wasted. I guess if you pass, P is almost certain to re-open with a dbl but whether we want to play in 2D X or 4S i'm not sure!

better show your support before opps find their clubs and/or hearts fit. I would just bid 2.

You have west down for a 2D overcall rather than 2H in your original post mate :)

Not sure whether this is N/B, but I'm going to be bidding 4. In that case I'll bid 4 on the way which as a passed hand must be 5+/4.

The reason for doing this is that partner with a diamond fit may save cheaply over 5, without one he may lead a diamond which could be important.
