south's failure to raise combined with north's failure to make a weak jump overcall put south with very few values.

He has already shown at least 2 queens (♦Q and at least ♠Q since north didn't lead the suit), I think he doesn't have anything else.

It is obviously useless to ruff spades in dummy, what we should do is establish hearts, to do so we must play the suit from hand twice, so let's start now.
