MP, robot tourney, best hand South

We were in reasonable company, scoring 44% for taking 5D 3 down undoubled. But as 5H also makes it was definitely a missed opportunity.

My thoughts are that GIB North should make a cue raise rather than 4H, and if bidding 4H to make should at least be cracking 5D.
But perhaps y'all think I should double?
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mPosted ImagesPosted ImagetPosted Imager-mPosted ImagendPosted Imageing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.

North misbid horribly. It should probably try 4d? Doubling by south would be ludicrous, 4h just shows a lot of hearts, on the hands North is *supposed* to hold, I wouldn't be surprised if the opponents made 6 with some frequency.
