you have just enough values to eke out a 3h bid and since that is your most likely
game by far simply bid 3h. You are way too strong for a mere 2h bid which could
be (an unlikely) zero count and 3c (your longest and strongest) usually misses a
44 heart fit and aims for 3n or a far off club game. Choose the bid with the most
likely big reward.

Which multi defence so E-W use? What did North's pass mean? How can anyone decide that East should bid 3♥ without knowing this?
