I'll try Pass.

Conditions are perfect:

1. Vulnerability. +300 for 2♠ down 3 against +400 for 3NT is no disaster.

2. No good alternative. 2NT is an underbid, but if we punt 3NT it is hardly nailed on to make.

3. Great chance of a bonanza. Since partner has passed, he should reopen with as little as ♠x ♥Kxxx ♦Qxxx ♣Kxxx, opposite which we could collect 1100.

pass is better.
If partner reopen with double,you can have a sudden great increase in wealth, success, or luck.

The (imperfect) alternative (over pass or 3NT) is to double, then bid 3NT over any 3 level advance or pass partner's 2NT.
