Draw trump. If they're 2-2 you're 100% to make:
Play ♠AK and ruff the third ♠ in dummy. Play ♦AK ending in hand. Play low club and cover what N plays. If it wins, you lose at most one club trick.
If it loses, if S returns a club you again cover if appropriate and win the next two club tricks.
If it loses and S returns another suit, you pitch a club from hand and ruff with dummy's last trump.
If trumps are 3-1 I play the same way, but this time I have to finesse clubs twice (when S returns a non-club I can't ruff in dummy).
If trumps are 4-0 you ruff a spade when finding it out, then continue the same way.
Both of these are slightly under 75% (not precisely "either finesse" because the finesses are not 50% once S has few hearts). Squeezes are magic to me so I don't know if there's one.
