GIB explanations for calls are

2D: "Weak two diamond -- 1-4 C; 1-3 H; 1-3 S; 10- HCP; twice rebiddable D; 9+ total points
2N: "2-5 C; 3-5 D; 2-5H; 2-5 S: 14-18 HCP; s"
3C: "Stayman -- 18- total points"
3H: "2-5 C; 3-5 D; 4-5 H; 2-4 S; 14-18 HCP; s"
3N: "3- H; 4 S; 11+ HCP; 18- total points"

The obvious question was: why use Stayman if you are then going to ignore the fit that you have discovered. Better to conceal the info from opponents and just blast 3N

Minor ancillary question: Why place an upper limit of 18 total points on Stayman?

Not that I entirely trust that the explanations provided are consistent with the way that it has been programmed to bid.

Not sure about why it ran from the heart contract, that seems like a bug. I think the upper limit is not specific to Stayman, it's because it passed on the previous round of bidding.

Thanks for reporting it.

Issue in rules priorities and GIB didn't reach 4major, only seeing 3N.

Anyway fixed in v28.
